As Senior Coordinator, Campaigns, you will lead the delivery of integrated marketing campaigns that elevate the profile and impact of Deakin's research. Working across strategy, content and digital marketing, you will translate ideas into engaging campaigns that connect with diverse audiences and strengthen Deakin's reputation as a leading research institution.
Leading a talented team of marketing professionals, you will set priorities, guide delivery and foster a collaborative, high-performing culture. You'll work closely with researchers, senior leaders and stakeholders across the University to deliver innovative marketing initiatives and measurable outcomes.
This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic and hands-on marketing leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys turning ambitious ideas into high-impact campaigns. Through this 16-month fixed-term opportunity, you'll help shape how Deakin's research is shared, celebrated and amplified to audiences locally and globally.
As a Senior Coordinator, Campaigns you will:
- Lead the planning and delivery of integrated marketing campaigns that elevate the profile and impact of Deakin's research.
- Manage and develop a multidisciplinary team delivering content, storytelling, digital, social media and campaign activity.
- Drive audience-focused marketing initiatives informed by data, insights and performance outcomes.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the University and external partners to deliver strategic objectives.
- Identify opportunities to improve team effectiveness, optimising processes, prioritisation, reporting and campaign delivery.
To be successful, you’ll have:
- Demonstrated experience leading integrated marketing campaigns and content initiatives from strategy through to delivery.
- Proven ability to lead, motivate and develop high-performing teams in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence, build partnerships and navigate competing priorities.
- Experience using audience insights, digital analytics and performance data to inform decisions and optimise outcomes.
- Exceptional communication, project management and organisational skills, with a track record of delivering high-quality results.
